Taylor Wolfes is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia with over 17 years of experience spanning dispositions, acquisitions, development, leasing, asset management, and capital markets. He is the founder of The Wolfes Company, a boutique advisory firm focused on sourcing, structuring, and executing real estate investment opportunities across the United States, with a primary focus on the Southeast. To date, he has completed transactions in more than 20 states.

Taylor has held executive roles at nationally recognized real estate firms including JLL, Colliers, and Lee & Associates, where he led client-facing initiatives and advised on complex transactions across multiple asset classes. He also brings experience from the buy-side investment banking space, where he executed M&A search mandates on behalf of leading private equity clients nationwide.

Throughout his career, Taylor has worked closely with institutional investors, private equity sponsors, developers, private lenders, and family offices. His transactional experience spans retail, industrial, and land assets, and he has successfully managed deals from initial origination through to close.
